Approved by the SGS Fimko certification body, our sensors’ central unit, the KARI EL22, is an extremely accurate monitoring and control device, which enables the determination of the sensor’s operational levels with a precision of less than a centimetre.
The system can be adjusted in line with a liquid’s conductivity
The system is suitable for use in a wide range of conditions, as its sensitivity can be adjusted in accordance with the liquid’s conductivity. The KARI EL22 lends itself to a variety of applications, depending on the choice of sensors. It can be used to:
- prevent the dry-running of deep-well pumps
- control charging and discharging
- control motor and magnetic valves
- give high- and low-level alarms
- determine doses
- act as a flooding sensor for indoor premises
Safe and robust
Measurements are performed safely with extra low voltage (SELV or PELV). The KARI EL22 is separated from the input current by a double-insulated transformer that is protected against short-circuiting, with an additional safety precaution provided by a case solution that is safe even in the event of a lead coming loose. Each KARI EL22 central unit undergoes functionality testing before it is delivered to the client.
An ideal electrode solution for any application
The KARI EL22 is typically connected to either a PEL deep-well electrode equipped with a connector cable or an HIR bar electrode, which is mounted through a container wall via a bushing.
